Gelato Maker at Kennys Gelato

Do you genuinely love ice cream and want to work with the craftsmanship behind it?

We are currently looking for two new gelato makers to join our production team at our Gelato Factory in Nacka, Stockholm. Here, we make our gelato from scratch every single day with a lot of passion and a constant focus on flavor, quality, and creativity.

One day we produce hundreds of liters of gelato for our stores, the next day we’re testing new flavors or deep cleaning and organizing the kitchen because of a rainy day. The pace is often fast and intense, but we truly love what we do and take great pride in the product we create.

About the role

As a gelato maker with us, you’ll work hands on with the production of our products in our gelato factory. You’ll be part of the team behind the flavors served daily in our stores across Stockholm and Nacka.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing gelato and sorbet
• Preparing ingredients and recipes
• Cleaning, hygiene, and maintaining order in production
• Quality control

Who are you?

You do not need to be a trained gelato maker, but experience from kitchens, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, or food production is a big plus.

• Appreciate structure and organization, even when things get a little chaotic
• Are over 20 years old
• Speak fluent English, Spanish, or Swedish

Practical information

Start date: According to agreement, preferably as soon as possible
Working hours: Varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Employment type: Full time / part time according to agreement during high season (May–September)
Location: Our Gelato Factory in Nacka, Stockholm

Salary according to HRF recommendations.
